The location felt amazing. A tram station sat right outside the hotel. southern cross station was also a few hundred meters up the road. the hotel fitness center included a great range of facilities. the pool seemed a great way to cool off after a long day.

i reported this multiple times within 24 hours of arriving. the room was eventually serviced after i asked. the bins still were not emptied though.

i was annoyed by a couple of things. the lack of complimentary water in the room was frustrating (i mean, seriously?). i had to pay for bottled water. also, the noise from the corridor was noticeable. i could clearly hear people walking past, difficult to relax sometimes. i think better soundproofing is needed for the price.
